Stockwala connects you with other factories and traders, but the deal is between you and them. A few simple habits keep it safe.

Stockwala તમને બીજી factory અને વેપારી સાથે જોડે છે, પણ સોદો તમારી અને એમની વચ્ચે થાય છે. થોડી સરળ ટેવો સોદો સલામત રાખે છે.

If you are buyingતમે ખરીદનાર હો તો

Ask for fresh photos or a short video of the exact goods, and check the sizes and quantity.
If you can, see the stock yourself or send someone you trust before paying in full.
Be careful with advance payment to someone you do not know. Pay a small part first and the rest when the goods are checked.
Prefer bank transfer or UPI to the seller's own account. Keep the receipt and a proper bill.
If the price is far below the market with no reason, stop and ask more questions.

જે માલ લેવાનો છે એના તાજા photo કે નાનો video માંગો, અને size તથા quantity તપાસો.
શક્ય હોય તો પૂરું payment કરતાં પહેલાં માલ જાતે જુઓ કે વિશ્વાસુ માણસને મોકલો.
અજાણ્યા માણસને advance payment આપવામાં સાવધાની રાખો. પહેલાં થોડું આપો અને માલ તપાસ્યા પછી બાકીનું.
Seller ના પોતાના account માં bank transfer કે UPI કરો. રસીદ અને પાકું બિલ સાચવો.
કારણ વગર ભાવ બજાર કરતાં બહુ ઓછો હોય તો અટકો અને વધુ પૂછો.

Post only goods you really have, with real photos and honest quantity and price.
Do not give an OTP, a UPI PIN or a bank password to anyone. Stockwala will never ask for them.
Release the goods only after the payment has reached your own account.
When the stock is gone, mark it Sold in Profile so buyers stop calling.
