What is Stockwala?Stockwala શું છે?
Stockwala is an app where hardware factories sell their surplus stock and buyers find it. Buyers can also post what they are looking for in the Wanted list, and sellers with that stock contact them.
Stockwala એ app છે જ્યાં hardware factory પોતાનો વધારાનો માલ વેચે છે અને buyer ને એ મળે છે. Buyer પોતાને શું જોઈએ છે એ Wanted યાદીમાં પણ મૂકી શકે, અને એ માલ ધરાવતા seller એમનો સંપર્ક કરે.
Is it free?શું એ મફત છે?
Yes, using Stockwala is free at the moment. If paid plans ever start, we will tell you inside the app first.
હા, અત્યારે Stockwala વાપરવું મફત છે. ભવિષ્યમાં paid plan શરૂ થાય તો પહેલાં app માં જણાવીશું.
My OTP did not come. What should I do?મારો OTP ન આવ્યો, શું કરું?
The OTP comes on WhatsApp, not by SMS. Check that the number is right and has WhatsApp, wait 60 seconds and tap Resend, and look in your WhatsApp message requests or unknown chats. Still nothing? Message customer care on WhatsApp with your number.
OTP SMS થી નહીં, WhatsApp પર આવે છે. નંબર સાચો છે અને એમાં WhatsApp છે એ તપાસો, 60 સેકન્ડ રાહ જોઈ Resend દબાવો, અને WhatsApp ના message requests કે અજાણ્યા ચેટ જુઓ. તો પણ ન આવે તો તમારા નંબર સાથે customer care ને WhatsApp કરો.
How do I post a model?Model કેવી રીતે મૂકું?
Open the Profile tab, go to Models and tap + New. Add a photo, choose the material, type, finish, sizes and stock, then submit. It goes live after an admin approves it.
Profile ટેબ ખોલો, Models માં જઈ + New દબાવો. Photo ઉમેરો, material, type, finish, size અને stock પસંદ કરી submit કરો. Admin મંજૂર કરે પછી એ live થાય છે.
Why does my post say "Awaiting admin approval"?મારી post માં "Awaiting admin approval" કેમ લખ્યું છે?
Every post is checked before it is shown to others. You get a WhatsApp message when it is approved, or when it is rejected with the reason.
દરેક post બીજાને બતાવતા પહેલાં તપાસાય છે. મંજૂર થાય ત્યારે, અથવા કારણ સાથે નામંજૂર થાય ત્યારે તમને WhatsApp message આવે છે.
How does unlocking a contact work?Contact unlock કેવી રીતે થાય છે?
Open a model and tap Unlock to see the seller’s name and numbers. "I’m interested" sends the seller a WhatsApp message with the model photo and your name and number.
Model ખોલીને Unlock દબાવો એટલે seller નું નામ અને નંબર દેખાય. "I’m interested" દબાવો તો seller ને model ના photo અને તમારા નામ-નંબર સાથે WhatsApp message જાય છે.
Does Stockwala handle payment or delivery?શું Stockwala payment કે delivery સંભાળે છે?
No. Buyer and seller settle price, payment and delivery between themselves. Please read our Safety tips.

The stock is finished. What now?માલ પૂરો થઈ ગયો, હવે શું?
In Profile, Models, tap Sold on that model. You can make it Live again later.
Profile માં Models માં એ model પર Sold દબાવો. પછી જોઈએ તો ફરી Live કરી શકાય.
Can I edit a post after submitting?Submit કર્યા પછી post માં ફેરફાર થાય?
A submitted post cannot be edited. Delete it and post again, or message customer care if you need a correction.
Submit કરેલી post માં ફેરફાર થતો નથી. એને delete કરી ફરી મૂકો, અથવા સુધારો જોઈએ તો customer care ને લખો.
How do I report a wrong or fake post?ખોટી કે નકલી post ની ફરિયાદ કેવી રીતે કરું?
Tap Report on the model or requirement page. It opens WhatsApp with the details filled in. We look into it and may call you.
Model કે requirement ના પાના પર Report દબાવો. વિગતો ભરેલી WhatsApp ખુલશે. અમે તપાસીએ છીએ અને તમને ફોન કરી શકીએ.
How do I change my WhatsApp or call number?મારો WhatsApp કે call નંબર કેવી રીતે બદલું?
Go to Profile, Settings and change the numbers in your contact details.
Profile માં Settings માં જઈ contact details માં નંબર બદલો.
How do I switch the language?ભાષા કેવી રીતે બદલું?
Tap the language button at the top of the app (ગુજ or EN).
App ની ઉપર ભાષાનું બટન (ગુજ કે EN) દબાવો.
How do I add the app to my Home Screen?App ને Home Screen પર કેવી રીતે મૂકું?
Open Profile, Settings and tap the Add to Home Screen card, then follow the steps for your phone.
Profile માં Settings ખોલો, Add to Home Screen કાર્ડ દબાવો અને તમારા ફોન પ્રમાણે સ્ટેપ અનુસરો.
How do I delete my account?મારું account કેવી રીતે delete કરું?
Go to Profile, Settings, Help and support and tap Delete my account. It opens WhatsApp with a message for us. You can also email help@stockwala.in. We confirm within 24 to 48 hours and finish within 30 days at most.
Profile, Settings, Help and support માં Delete my account દબાવો. અમારા માટે message સાથે WhatsApp ખુલશે. help@stockwala.in પર email પણ કરી શકો. અમે 24 થી 48 કલાકમાં પુષ્ટિ કરીએ છીએ અને વધુમાં વધુ 30 દિવસમાં પૂરું કરીએ છીએ.
